These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Battle Bonanza mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License to use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its content except as allowed by law.
2. In-app purchases
The App is free to download and includes optional one-time purchases ("expansion packs") that unlock additional animals.
- Purchases are non-consumable one-time unlocks tied to your Apple account.
- All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Pricing is shown before you buy.
- You can restore previous purchases on a new device using Restore Purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's policies; we do not separately process payments or refunds.
3. Content and accuracy
The App presents animal information and dramatized, fictional battles for entertainment and educational fun. While we strive for accurate animal facts, battles and outcomes are imaginative and are not scientific predictions. Content is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it in violation of any applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
The App, including its artwork, text, audio, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App, and we may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notice within the App or on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
